Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to join our client on a 6 month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing the Company’s Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger activities, processing invoices, payments, and providing support to various departments within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Supplier and Sub-Contractor Invoices
  • Handle Employee Expense Claims and Staff/Sub-Contractor Timesheets
  • Process payments
  • Assist in generating Customer Sales Invoices
  • Support with banking and monthly reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end activities and maintaining financial records
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Organise couriers and travel arrangements
  • Maintain document control process and issue of documents/reports to Clients
  • Issue Purchase Orders and Call Offs
  • Assist with relief reception duty and other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts administration or similar role
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial and administrative processes
