Responsibilities:

• Support the Decommissioning Governance and Risk Lead team in implementing a fit for purpose governance framework and management process.
• Assist in maintaining a document control framework for all projects and support the development of internal approval proposals.
• Contribute to the global Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) function and ensure decommissioning risks are captured, measured, mitigated, and reported in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on company systems, relevant regulations, and practices to identify opportunities for business improvement.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

• Adaptable and flexible with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of project controls software and tools is preferred
• Experience in project management, governance, risk management, and project controls aspects is a plus
