Overview

We’re exclusively partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel. This high-impact role offers the chance to shape legal strategy across commercial, corporate, data protection, and compliance matters.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and external advisors, supporting key business initiatives including product commercialisation, and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support data protection compliance and act as deputy when needed
• Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial duties
• Provide legal input on investments, M&A, and reorganisations
• Contribute to compliance programme development and IP portfolio management

Experience

• UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong expertise in at least three areas: corporate law, commercial contracts, IP, or data protection
• Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
